Stefan Nilsson - Chiropractor MSc, DC(UK), ICSSD, FACFN, CCEP
Stefan Nilsson began his pre-chiropractic education as a Swedish Royal Marine medical officer. After completing his study there, he was accepted at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Dorset. After his five years at the AECC Stefan worked both in the West Midlands and Cheshire before settling down in Henley-on-Thames. He initially joined The House of Good Health as a partner but took over the practice as owner/manager in 2007. He has completed numerous post graduate degrees most notably with The Carrick Institute for Neurological Studies. He lectures to students and professionals alike in neurology, rehabilitation, paediatrics, and developmental delay syndromes such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and AD/HD.
Nick Kitchen - Sports & Remedial Massage
Nick joined the practice in 2006 following 3 years as sports masseur for the Red Bull F1 team. Sports and Remedial Massage is not just about Sport. Our normal working lives bring many stresses and strains to the body. Improving circulation, reducing stress and realigning muscle fibres benefits everyone. Massage is also a great complement to Chiropractic care as it relieves the tension tight muscles place on joints throughout the body.
Suzanne Cook - Coaching, Mentoring and Psychological Wellbeing
Suzanne’s expertise as a coach is built on a foundation of more than 25 years working in the field of healthcare.
A Registered Nurse and expert on workplace stress and resilience she blends her medical & professional background helping clients to successfully address their work personal & health concerns.
Formerly working in the NHS culminating in various key roles she joined the corporate world working for Microsoft for 8 years providing specialist knowledge relating to psychological health, resilience & wellbeing.
Suzanne now works as an independent consultant, working with both corporate clients providing training & coaching for performance and also to self/GP referred individuals where she provides support with managing stress & anxiety, confidence issues, relationship challenges & general life coaching skills.
She blends the skills and techniques of CBT, nursing and coaching to get sustainable changes and outcomes for her clients. She is committed to empowering individuals to proactively manage their long term psychological well-being in order to balance the inevitable demands placed upon them, and those they place on themselves, whilst living in our rather fast paced and complex world.
Julia Charles - Naturopathic Nutrition
Julia Charles practices Naturopathic Nutrition at The House of Good Health, offering a holistic approach to nutritional healing. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Muscle Testing are used to identify problems. An approach where nature and science meet. Once the ‘root cause’ of a problem is identified, healing is then managed on an individual basis. Specialist areas include weight loss, IBS, skin problems, hormonal imbalance, low energy and food intolerances.

Mary Niker - Yoga
Mary Niker is a highly experienced and committed international yoga teacher based in the Thames Valley. She has over 20 years experience studying the Iyengar method of yoga with regular visits to India, including studying with the Iyengar family and B.K.S. Iyengar himself. Mary is also a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist and offers Auveydic facial and foot massage.
Simon Fitchett - Hypnotherapy
Simon is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist helping people to reach their full potential. Using a blend of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistc Programming and Emotional Freedom Techniques, Simon works with individuals who are looking for positive change in their lives, and professional sports people to help them achieve their goals. Simon specialises in helping sufferers of anxiety and depression, fears and phobias, weight management, pain relief and stopping smoking.
